    Return and Exchange Policy

    The sale, purchase and use of the products available on this site are subject to the Manuka House Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.


    1- Dear customers, you can exchange the products or get a full refund without adding any costs or fees in the following cases:

    • Damaged product - wrong product - the customer is entitled to a free return or exchange without incurring any costs or fees upon proof of this. (A damaged product means a product that arrived with honey leaking out of the packaging due to shipping conditions.)
    • When your purchases are damaged or not the same as what you chose from the website , you can return the purchases to us in the same condition in which you received them and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt within 3 days from the date of receipt.
    • Once we receive your purchases, we will inspect them, and if they are found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the process of transferring the amount to you, whether the amount you paid for the purchases or the amount paid for shipping those purchases.


    2- To preserve the quality of the product and its shelf life, the product cannot be returned unless there is a problem or defect in the product. In the event of a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it will be returned after informing us of it according to paragraph 1.


    3- If you wish to modify or cancel the order, we can modify or cancel the order as long as it is in our warehouse and before it is shipped. However, after the order is shipped, you cannot modify or cancel your order.


    3- If the purchase was made via the cash on delivery service and you refuse to receive your shipment for any reason or are unable to pay the full amount at the time of receiving the shipment, this will result in you losing the cash on delivery (COD) feature on the site or your account being permanently suspended.


    4- If the payment was made by Visa, MasterCard or Mada and the customer did not receive the shipment, the shipment will be returned to the Manuka House store and the return process to our warehouse will cost the customer 29 Saudi Riyals. If he wants to send the shipment back to him, the shipping fee for the customer is 29 Saudi Riyals.

    • If the customer wants to return the amount and not send the shipment again, the return shipping fee of 29 riyals and the electronic payment fee of 20 riyals will be deducted from the refunded amount due to the amount being deducted by the shipping and delivery company as well as the value of the electronic payment services fees provided by Tab Company.


    5- Order cancellation policy if the purchase was made via credit card Visa, MasterCard, Mada, or Sadad service before shipping:
